IT’S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR…

If you listen closely, you can hear the hammers swinging and the saws cutting. No, it’s not Santa’s elves, but it’s the amazing the crew at Schellville gearing up for another holiday season. For those that don’t know, Schellville is in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and is a must for anyone who loves the Christmas season. People of all ages from across the country look forward to this Christmas spirit booster ever since last season ended.

In 2021, the amazing Schell Brothers team brought their magical Christmas village vision to life. They welcomed more than 104,000 guests, served more than 12,000 cups of hot cocoa, raised more than $84,000 to help end childhood hunger, and put smiles on the faces of tens of thousands of people. Is there anything better than seeing faces light up during the holiday season? Schellville is a Christmas miracle to people of all ages.

With a successful 2021 season, Schell Brothers partnered with Tanger Outlets to announce the expansion of Schellville for the 2022 season. We are excited to share that this expansion will include tree houses, an expanded snow zone, an amazing band line-up every night, a sledding hill, game room, a new train and much more! Are you getting excited, because you should be!

The best part is they added additional sheds for more vendors so Christmas shopping will be a breeze. From food, clothing, toys, and of course SEASONINGS, Schellville has something for everyone on your list. Listen to amazing local bands as you do your shopping, sip your hot cocoa, and get filled with holiday cheer. Take a skate on their roller rink, indulge in the food trucks, team up for a game of cornhole or just walk around and enjoy see the kids’ faces light up with joy when they experience all of the adorable mini houses and shops.

There is so much for the kids to do, and so many memories to be made. They can enjoy the tree houses, sledding hill, game room, and don’t forget SANTA!!!!!!!! That’s right Mr. and Mrs. Clause will be making an appearance as well. Schellville is such a magical place that I wish I had when I was a kid. As an adult we can enjoy the beer garden, igloos and firepits to stay warm, food trucks, snowflake stage, outdoor bar or even take a stroll around the Christmas village to take in the beautiful display of lights and scenery.

The holiday festivities kickoff Saturday November 19^th and run until December 31^st. With fun for the whole family this is a must for anyone looking for something new to do with the kids or just a night out to relax. Mark your calendars now because this is going to be one holiday stop you won’t want to miss. The best part is most of the activities for the kids are FREE!!!
